Cor Blimey Guv!

I have had a full round up of the weekend's action from the concrete wasteland that is Docklands Regatta set in the East end of London.

In a shock to all attending, the tornado that was predicted never arrived - and all returned a finer shade of rouge, after some bright weather.
I was proud to hear that the pinnacle of Bristol rowing used every opportunity to psyche out the opposition. During the "wind" phase of the first warm up Scotty caught the largest of boat stoppers. The ensuing tsunami was followed with the words "at least I've got that out of the way"! The opposition looked on in fear....
One of our crews went on to earn themselves some metalwear with a bronze in Saturday's S2 coxless fours, whilst the other crew was too busy untangling itself from the safety launch to bother with the rostrum!
The results are here: http://www.mikrotime.co.uk/rowing/row2005/ldr05.html
