As the evenings are getting lighter it gives me the chance to stroll along the harbour side and observe Bristol’s finest taking to the water. Last night it was great to see the newly formed Women’s 1st IV and 2nd VIII on their first outings in the docks.
However there seemed to be some confusion as to who was supposed to be sitting in which seat in the 8 resulting in some squabbling amongst the ranks. Luckily the argument didn’t result in a punch up though it would have been a cracking fight if it had!

Since myself and Liz actually row on opposite sides, I think you need to check with your source as to what any confusion was about Gurt!

Maybe gurt should concnetrate on securing his own seat in a boat before worrying about the ladies
Thankfully for the rowing world, the Lush hasn't been seen in a boat for many years and so the only seat that needs to be secured is the one nearest the bar in The Ostrich.
