At this time of year training just seems to be erg after erg after erg (or in the men’s squad’s case: erg after run after erg).

Could I suggest that the Concept 2’s at the club be replaced by a row of these? I’m sure the women’s squad in particular would love to saddle up and try for a 25 furlong PB.
