I happened to overhear the Men's 1st VIII de-brief following their race on
Sunday, and it turns out their cox has been using a new form of encouragement - "honesty""
This quote was passed to me -
"Lock and drive, good, and lets go for the push for 20...
Good, that's taken 2 lengths out of the crew in front - I'm not sh*tting you, honestly!"
It obviously worked.
